argh... I've never drawn that many buildings in my whole life... usually I find some way around it... but I didn't want to cheat my way out of it this time. So please enjoy the buildings!
I have to concur. It was the cityscapes that drew me to love this comic with the adoring passion which I do... That, and the fact that someone's finally realized how Manga layout theories can be magnificently applied across more genres. GO LAYOUTS!
ok so i've been away for a while and was getting kinda confused as to where you'd got to, so i decided to go back and start from the beginning! I'm glad i did cos the whole thing holds together alot better when u can read it in one go! This is really great work!
Glad to have you back! I tend to reread my own stuff from time to time in order not to lose track of everything... the planning for this story was rather complex and I'm still improvising a bit, changing tidbits here and there to make it as coherent as possible.
Thanks! I'm basically an old-fashioned inker myself ^_^. I'd say getting the lines right depends on both experience and finding the right pen. I used to be working with quills for some years, that's where I learned how to work with varying line weight. What I'm doing now is basically imitating quills by using pens.
