Mecha & A.I.:

Model: M-Type B
Type: Construction worker
Height: 46 m
Drive: Nuclear fission

Despite its enormous height, production costs are low due to cheap overseas manufacturing. One units costs about as much as one GOLEM (see below). Equipped with nuclear reactor. A.D still owns about 30 units, most of which are rarely used due to their rundown state. Manufacturing contract has not been renewed since 1989.

Model: M-Type E "Gorilla"
Type: Construction worker
Height: 22 m
Drive: Nuclear fission

Only one prototype in existence.

Model: M-Type F "Octopus"
Type: Vessel / MWU (manned worker unit)
Height: 2,5 - 3 m
Drive: Battery/Solenoid

Used mainly for handling dangerous materials. Needs to be controlled by a pilot – thus classified as a giant tool rather than a robot.

Model: M-Type K "GOLEM"
Type: All-purpose
Height: 2,5 - 3 m
Drive: Nuclear fusion

Units of this type are meant to replace the old M-Type B (see above). So far there are only prototypes in use. Versatility and power output similar to the M-Type B while being considerably smaller. Powered by an experimental fusion reactor – should be handled with care. Interior hull is laminated with a specially devised foil which offers the best possible isolation and minimizes the danger of plasma and/or radiation leakage in case of malfunction. The reactor is able to “hibernate” in case of energy surplus.

Model: M-Type L "Whale"
Type: Bio-organic worker
Height: 2,5 - 3 m

Drive: Classified
Half-life: 3 months

Made of a self-regenerating organic material which in case of injury is able to regain optimal performance within seconds. Completely massive – no bodily fluids, no internal organs. No autonomous intelligence either, but possesses its own energy supply. About as versatile as the GOLEM (see above), though a lot cheaper and easier in handling. Half-life is genetically programmed for safety reasons in case of malfunction. No natural “death”. Easy to mass produce. Due to its possible usage as a military force and alleged funding by so-called rogue states, “Whale” production is overseen by the UN.

Model: M-Type X "Coeur"
Type: Vessel
Height: 2,5 - 3 m
Drive: classified

Possesses a Stingray-type cerebral cortex, which initially possesses no autonomous intelligence but can “record” one external neural pattern. Rewritable Stingray-types are currently in the making. Its designation “vessel” hints at its most common usage as an external neural memory. About as versatile as an average human being but much more powerful.
